Sold me a used tire, not even 12 hours later it pop on me in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere on my last delivery and the guy tried the owner. Tried to tell me that I did not get my tire though and I told him yes I did. He wanted to argue. I told him which one of his workers put my tire on and he was there today, which is May 16 of 2026 and when the owner went and got my tired and the Mexican was putting it on. He cut the valve on my rim and tried to tell me that’s the reason why I caught a flat. I told him there was nothing wrong with my valvestem Thursday so that means he cut it. He didn’t say nothing I had to pay for a new valvestem he told me $10. The owner charged me $15 plus tax. I will never go there again and is the main reason why I quit going there a long time ago. I only went there because I needed a tire really fast and I was right there in the area but never again and I would not recommend these folks if you’re not spending $100 or more you’re not fixing to get a good tire tires at least should last you at least a few weeks but less than 12 hours no I don’t think so

Came here after a blow out needing four new tires for our used camper we just purchased and was taken care of in 30 minutes. We got to them less than 15 minutes before they were to close and they still helped us. Highly recommend!!! Owner is awesome!

The owner is super unprofessional. I purchased a used tire from them not even a week later it was making noises. I took it back up there to explain the situation he yelled at me as if I know anything about tires. Needless to say something had got stuck in it and it needed plugging which is all he had to say. One of his employees came to apologize he shouldn’t have had to that…. If possible I’ll say go to one of the other Dale’s I’ve received much more courteous service.
